Refunds and Returns Policy

Peaks Breaks does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on all trading card products. Accessories and Supplies may be subject to Exchanges or Returns depending on the situation.

Inspect all details: Please inspect all items you purchased before opening their seal.

Please contact us if you have any problems as there may be an exception to our return policy.

Our refund and returns policy on Accessories and Supplies lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Individual Cards
  • Sealed Boxes of Cards
  • Sealed Packs of Cards
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
